At Virtual Staging Studios, we prioritize meeting your needs and objectives. While our utmost dedication ensures a smooth collaboration, documenting our agreements can clarify roles, responsibilities, and contingency plans.

1. By submitting your photos to Virtual Staging Studio, you give us permission to use these photos for marketing purposes related to our virtual staging services. This includes but is not limited to, showcasing these staged photos and the original photos on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials. Virtual Staging Studios will only use the submitted photos in relation to promoting our virtual staging services. We will not sell or distribute these photos to any third parties for non-related purposes.
2. The virtual staging services provided by Virtual Staging Studio are solely for staging purposes and do not constitute any changes to the physical property. We are not responsible for any misunderstandings or discrepancies between the virtual staging representation and the actual property.
3. Prices for our virtual staging services are subject to change without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect ongoing projects for which payment has already been received.
4. Virtual Staging Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any virtual staging project at our discretion. If a project is canceled by us, a refund for any payment already made will be issued.
5. While we strive to provide a seamless and uninterrupted service, Virtual Staging Studio cannot be held liable for any technical issues or interruptions that may occur during the virtual staging process or access to our website or services.
6. When it comes to creating content for you, we will do our utmost to produce designs that align with the information provided by you at the start of the project. If you are unsatisfied with the designs at any stage, you can request a re-work of the project, which we may grant at our discretion. It is important for you to understand that for us to complete the project according to your specifications, it is crucial for you to provide sufficient information at the beginning of the engagement.
7. At the beginning of each project, we will customize the provided content based on the category you select or the specific instructions you provide. Please note that any requests beyond our stated deliverables may incur additional charges. In cases where unforeseen events or complications prevent us from completing a project, we promise to provide a refund within a reasonable timeframe for any payments made to Virtual Staging Studio. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. Please note that we also strive to deliver your virtual staging request within 48 hours. For larger projects consisting of 10 or more photos, additional time may be required to ensure the highest quality outcome.
